Modern Invisalign clear aligners
In our orthodontic office, we prioritize the best technologies. For our patients, we offer:
Modern Invisalign clear aligners
This is a revolution in orthodontic treatment for both children and adults. The appliance is a transparent aligner worn for 22 hours a day, correcting a bite defect in just a few months.
After completing the treatment, it is necessary to use retention – either fixed or removable.
The effectiveness and precision of treatment
Each appliance is custom-made based on a digital scan. Computerized treatment planning allows the doctor to guide tooth movement much more precisely.
Treatment duration reduced (40-50%)"
Within a day, the appliance can be removed for a total of two hours, ensuring comfort for consuming any meals without the appliance
Comfort
Within a day, the appliance can be removed for a total of two hours, ensuring the comfort of eating any meals without the appliance.
Hygiene
The appliance is taken out for cleaning and flossing of the teeth. In addition, the patient changes the aligners to new ones every week.
Attractive Price
For mild to moderate issues, the total treatment cost can be significantly lower than with traditional fixed braces. For significant bite problems, the total cost of treatment is only approximately 15-25% higher compared to fixed braces.
Remote Treatment for Patients Residing Abroad
Invisalign treatment allows for monitoring patients every 3-4 months. This appliance doesn't require as frequent check-up visits as traditional braces (every 4-6 weeks). Invisalign has a lower rate of malfunctions compared to fixed braces. It is possible to prepare the patient during the first visit and send the aligners to their specified location. In selected cases, 2-3 visits are sufficient to carry out precise treatment.
Invisalign Aligners FAQ
Absolutely. Depending on the type of malocclusion, early treatment is often recommended. Invisalign offers a specific solution for children in the age group of 6-10 years, known as ‘Invisalign First,’ which is particularly useful for early orthodontic intervention. Children are very willing to wear Invisalign aligners, which, compared to the traditional acrylic removable appliances, provide much higher comfort. Most importantly, they are worn for 22 out of 24 hours a day, which translates to treatment effectiveness and satisfaction for both parents and, most importantly, the child.
Invisalign appliances feature technologies tailored for teenagers to leverage their growth spurt and address significant skeletal issues, often allowing them to avoid surgical procedures in adulthood.
Invisalign appliances provide aesthetics and comfort. The aligners, made with advanced technology, ensure an exceptional smoothness of the surface. Undergoing orthodontic treatment is practically imperceptible to the surroundings and takes place without discomfort to the Patient.
Teeth are moved at a pace adjusted by the doctor. The aligner is changed weekly, which allows for slow and precise movement, positively impacting safety, bone regeneration, and soft tissue health.

Smile transformations at each of the Falkowski Dental Clinic locations are achieved through the close, standardized collaboration of the highly specialized team. This team includes doctors, coordinators, hygienists, and patient caregivers.
We all operate according to a single proprietary protocol, following standards developed based on the extensive experience of Invisalign Diamond Doctor, Dr. Mateusz Falkowski.
1.Orthodontic consultation. Taking scans of teeth, X-ray images (panoramic and cephalometric), and photographic documentation.
2. Familiarizing the patient with the treatment plan – clincheck. Computerized simulation of tooth movements illustrating the exact course of treatment. Acceptance of the treatment plan.
3. Commencing treatment – providing the patient with a set of Invisalign aligners. When placing Invisalign aligners, transparent composite attachments are applied to the teeth. These serve as points of force transfer from the aligner to the teeth, ensuring aesthetics.
4.Follow-up visits. The number of visits depends on the type of malocclusion and individual needs. Typically, once every 3-4 months for adult patients, once every 2 months for children. During each visit, the fit of the aligner is checked, tooth movements relative to the plan are assessed, and additional scans or attachments are applied if necessary.
5. Completion of treatment, removal of attachments, and teeth polishing. Making retainer appliances. At the end of treatment, either fixed or Vivera removable retainers are made.
Vivera consists of three sets of identical aligners, which are created based on a final scan of the patient’s tooth alignment. The scan is stored in the software’s memory for free – this allows for ordering an additional set of retainers, for example, in case all three sets are lost.
6. Retention follow-up visits after the end of treatment.
We place great emphasis on the quality of services and the effective treatment of every malocclusion. Therefore, throughout the treatment process, the patient remains under the care of an Invisalign coordinator and the supervising doctor – the head of Invisalign at the chosen location, with whom they also have direct contact in case of any need. In emergencies, both the coordinator and the doctor are available to the patient on the same or next day.
Each treatment plan (clincheck) is created by Dr. Mateusz Falkowski according to a proprietary protocol, based on years of experience in treating with Invisalign appliances.
Clients use our services
Initial orthodontic consultation
A complete set of X-ray images throughout the entire treatment process (panoramic, cephalometric, targeted X-rays)
Digital teeth scan using an iTero scanner
Follow-up visits
Additional elements necessary for conducting orthodontic treatment
Vivera Retention
Vivera consists of two sets of identical retainers made based on a scan taken after completing Invisalign treatment. The scan is stored free of charge in the iTero software memory, allowing you to order an additional set of retainers, for example, in case all three sets are lost
The course of treatment is dependent on individual needs, but in every case, it involves several stages:
01. Orthodontic consultation
During the consultation, we perform a teeth scan using an iTero scanner, a package of X-ray images (panoramic and cephalometric), and photographic documentation.
02. Treatment plan
Presenting the treatment plan to the patient, including a computerized visualization of the entire process, considering facial changes.
03. Invisalign appliance treatment
After presenting the plan and obtaining approval, the next step is to provide the aligners. At the next visit, composite, invisible attachments are applied. These attachments serve as points of force application from the aligner to the teeth.
04. Follow-up visits
Scheduled individually based on the malocclusion. For adults, this is typically once every 3-4 months, and for children, once every 2 months.
05. Retention appliance
After completion, a fixed retainer or Vivera removable retainer is made based on the iTero scan.
